Our Classes

Our class levels do not indicate how “good” you are at yoga or how “flexible” you are. Instead, they are leveled based off of an understanding of pose names and an ability to follow cuing.

Class Descriptions

All of our classes are vinyasa flow yoga, unless indicated otherwise

Intro to Yoga

This class breaks down the common yoga poses you see in a class. We'll explore what it's like to flow through poses, but the class is not a flowing vinyasa class. You'll learn alignment, pose names, and how to transition from pose to pose so you feel prepared and supported to enter your first level 1 class.

Level 1

This class moves slower with more of a focus on making the shape than refining the sensations you're feeling in the shape.

Level 2

This class flows with the breath. Cues are given to help you feel muscular engagement and sensations while in yoga poses.

Level 3

This class has more elaborate sequencing, more specific cuing, and complex progressions of poses.

Restorative Yoga

This class has very little movement but a whole lot of support. Props are used to hold the body in various supportive shapes for extended periods of time to allow you to release your muscles and mind from the stress of your day.

No yoga experience is necessary. This is not a vinyasa flow class.

Prenatal Yoga

With an emphasis on how to use props for extra support and to help create space, this class allows the mama-to-be to still enjoy her vinyasa yoga classes in a safe and supportive environment.
